At IceRays, we want your UV cooling sun sleeves and accessories to reach you as quickly as possible. We ship from within Australia for Australian orders and from our North American warehouse for orders to the United States and Canada.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
— Australia (all states and territories) — United States — Canada
We do not currently ship to other international destinations. If you are located outside these regions and are interested in our products, please contact us at enquiries@icerays.com.au to discuss your options.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet the following thresholds:
— Australia: Orders of $90 AUD or more qualify for free standard shipping. — United States & Canada: Orders of $90 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times
All delivery times listed below are estimates only, calculated from the date your order is dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volumes and other factors outside our control.
Australia
— Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
United States & Canada
— Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
US and Canadian orders are shipped from our North American warehouse, so delivery times are comparable to domestic shipping within the region.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (such as holiday seasons or promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your junk/spam folder first, then contact us at enquiries@icerays.com.au.
Shipping Costs
For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, any applicable customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are generally not applicable as orders are shipped from our North American warehouse. In the unlikely event that additional charges are incurred, these are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your IceRays products arrive damaged, faulty or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days at enquiries@icerays.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:
— Check with other household members or neighbours — Check any safe drop locations around your property — Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number — Contact us at enquiries@icerays.com.au if you are still unable to locate your order
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch (for Australian orders) or 21 business days of dispatch (for US and Canadian orders), please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your order or providing a refund.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. For more information on returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
